A graduate of Fine Arts from the prestigious National University of Colombia, Hernán's artistic journey began at a young age, inspired by countless hours of drawing alongside his father. While his talent led him to explore digital arts and animation for many years, a series of profound life events rekindled his passion for painting, reconnecting him with his roots in traditional artistry.
Living in Bogotá—a city of contrasts and intensity—has deeply influenced Hernán's work.
